- 您可以在收到珠宝之日起7天内（以工作日为准）申请交换或退货。但如果珠宝的价值已经丧失，则无法进行交换/退货。 *部分珠宝在交换时可能会收取费用。
- 如果收到的珠宝与广告描述不符或有所偏差，您可以在收到之日起7天内进行退货。
- 收到珠宝超过7天后
- 因客户责任造成珠宝的丢失或损坏。*为确认珠宝内容而拆封包装的情况除外
- 因客户使用或部分消费导致珠宝的价值显著下降
- 根据客户要求改变了珠宝尺寸或添加了刻字的珠宝
*如因个人原因而退换货，客户需承担商品往返运费（7,000韩元）。(包括珠宝更换、尺寸更改等)。

- 退货的运输仅通过本公司指定的快递公司进行，若客户自行选择快递公司发货，对于珠宝的丢失或损坏，本公司不承担责任。
