Exchange/Return Guide
- You can apply for a refund within 7 days (based on business days) from the date you received the jewelry. However, if the jewelry loses its value, it cannot be exchanged or returned. *Some jewelry may incur a fee when exchanging.
- If the contents of the jewelry you received are different from the advertised contents or are performed differently, you may return it within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- If 7 days have passed since receiving the jewelry
- If jewelry, etc. is lost or damaged due to the customer's responsibility. *Excluding cases where the packaging, etc. is damaged in order to check the contents of the jewelry.
