Exchange/Return Guide
- You can apply for a refund within 7 days (based on business days) from the date you received the jewelry. However, if the jewelry loses its value, it cannot be exchanged or returned. *Some jewelry may incur a fee when exchanging.
- If the contents of the jewelry you received are different from the advertised contents or are performed differently, you may return it within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- If 7 days have passed since receiving the jewelry
- If jewelry, etc. is lost or damaged due to the customer's responsibility. *Excluding cases where the packaging, etc. is damaged in order to check the contents of the jewelry.
- If the value of the jewelry has significantly decreased due to customer use or partial consumption.
- In the case of jewelry whose size has been changed or engraved at the customer's request,
*If you exchange or return a product due to a simple change of mind, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping cost (KRW 7,000). (Including jewelry exchange, size exchange, etc.) For overseas shipping outside of Korea, please contact the CS center.
- Return shipping is only done through the shipping company designated by our company. If the customer chooses a shipping company to ship the product, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the jewelry.
- Once the jewelry you requested to return has been collected, a refund will be processed within 3 business days after checking for any defects in the jewelry. However, please be advised that a refund may not be possible if there is a defect in the jewelry.

- Delivery Time: All COLDFRAME jewelry is made to order and takes up to 14 business days after payment is completed. (Please check the detailed product description as the production period varies for each product.)
- If you cancel your order after the product has been shipped but before you finally receive the jewelry, shipping costs may apply due to logistics movement.
